Sunlight

The photographer and the model, This could create
headaches if the photographer and model are out for too
long.
|
Making sure to not spend too long outside to
prevent things such as headaches
|
Only spending a small amount of time outside to
prevent things such as headaches.
|
|
Artificial light
|
The photographer and the model. This could once
again create headaches due to the light being strong. If the light is touched
whilst on this may create burns due to heat from the light. The light may fall
over and fall on the photographer or model and cause injury.
|
Making sure the model does not look directly into
the lights and making sure the lights are not on too strong. Also making sure
that the light is stable to prevent the light falling. Also making sure the
light has fully cooled down before taking down and putting
away.
|
Making sure the light was stable to prevent it
falling. Not turning the light on full power to
prevent headaches and making sure the light was cooled down before
packing the light away to prevent burns.

models. For example sharp objects/broken objects.
|
Check the quality of props to make sure that there
is no damage to props that could potentially harm the
model.
|
Checking the quality of the props to ensure the
models safety.
|
|
Trip risks (Objects that are on the
scene)
|
Models could fall because of hazards on the
scene.
|
Checking the scene before the photo shoot to make
sure that there is nothing that could cause a fall. If there is a hazard then
prevent it.
|
Checking the whole scene to make sure that there is
no possible risk of a fall when carrying out the
shoot.

Walking to the scene
(outside)
|
Walking to the scene
|
Take care when crossing roads whist walking to the
location.
|
I checked the roads multiple times before crossing
and it ensured safe crossings. Using the public footpaths gave safe access to
the locations with no problems.
|
|
Environment
|
Potentially dangerous environment for taking
photos.
|
Ensuring the safety of the location before taking
the photos.
|
The locations were all safe and were checked
several times before carrying out the shoot.
